1984....ERR 2013. IT only took the king of all marbles 29 years to realize Van Halens "Hot for Teacher" is an amazing song. He really is current these days, great job.

Stern has the musical tastes of a retarded coma victim :coffee:

Jackass can't ever even sing along with Beatles songs he claims changed his life.

Fuck the Revolution and that damn knee bending mare.

    TY.

Whenever Stern randomly brings up a song like this and talks it up, and actually plays long segments of it, it's because the fucking musician is coming into the studio soon. He would not have spent this much airtime discussing this song without an agenda.

Ah yes, back to a simpler time when "ED" wasn't an acronym for erectile dysfunction.

Exactly. It's even more thought out then that. He wants the audience to think that he is still relevant. I suspect it actually works with the remaining listeners. "Wow! Eddie must of been listening to the show and heard Stern talking about the song. He probably called the rest of the band to tell them they must pay homage to the king with a visit"

only mildly on topic (it's howard being a square about music). i was just listening to '91 or '92 when anthrax and public enemy got together. howard kept going on about how much he loved flav and how he played his songs all the time and knew he would be great way back before anybody else did and of course, trying to act like he can related to his blackness. and the whole time, he keeps referring to him as flav OH flav. like it was irish. he couldn't have sounded any dorkier.

Howard had no clue how DLR was able to put lyrics to eddies music.

If he was as talented as he proclaims he would understand. But he has no artistic creativity at all. He is what he despises so. A talking head. Jackie gives him lines to read and that is what he does. We see now what kind of creativity he has. 0.0
