I've been on & off the road for the past 2 weeks -seems like a month- & I've been listening to a few Gilbert Gottfried & Frank Santopadre podcasts.
Yesterday on the train home I listened to the interview with Laraine Newman (she's a horror film enthusiast as well as a brilliant & beautiful comic actress) http://podbay.fm/show/883308059/e/1445238000?autostart=1

And this morning I listend to the brand new interview with The Daughter of Vincent, Victoria Price http://podbay.fm/show/883308059/e/1445842800?autostart=1

As result of the Laraine Newman interview & hearty endorsements by Gil & Frank I downloaded & watched an old Christopher Walken horror movie directed by David Cronenberg last night: The Dead Zone.
Terrific film I'd completely forgotten about!

I almost always watch Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein as Halloween approaches as well as most of the Universal Horror movies from the 30s & 40s.

Please list a few of your favorite horror movies you watch to welcome Halloween in.

The shinning. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

Are yiu all caught up, Senator?

Did you like Mario Cantone? I thought he was great.

He made me realize I'm a gay man at heart.

"Jean Claude van Damme had both his legs amputated."

    "Really?!?!?"

"I don't know. I could be wrong. Don't quote me on that."

No way - not caught up at all!
    Great big bummer.
I want to hear them all but I'm all wound up with catching up with this stupid The Walking Dead series.
I'm only up to Season 2 episode 5.

Weird ass takes by Frank & Gil on that movie in the Laraine Newman interview.
All 3 preferred Dead Zone to all other film adaptations of Stephen King novels.

Hell - I think The Shining is one of the top 20 greatest films of all time!
