I was just thinking about that "Faggots Revisited" routine from his second stand up album--the bit where he speculates what Mr. T, Michael Jackson, and Ralph Kramden and Ed Norton from The Honeymooners would act like if they were homosexuals. Christ, he was funny. Pretty much singlehandedly saved Saturday Night Live from cancellation. Movie career started off with a bang-- '48 HRS', 'Trading Places' (maybe the best comedy movie ever), and 'Beverly Hills Cop' (top grossing movie of 1984). Now he just gets a lot of women pregnant and appears to have no interest in being in the public eye, let alone do anything funny. I mean, what's he done lately? Aside from 'Dreamgirls' (for which he received an Oscar nomination), anything he's been in has been a giant turd. And he's still only 55 years old. Maybe it was the transvestite controversy, or maybe he pulled a Wiggy, and decided not to make fun of people anymore. What a waste of talent.
