Sal has some simple recipes that get the job done! Entertaining segments too.. He's really onto something here..

He should stick to cold calling old ladies with scams and comedy.

I've used his sausage and peppers recipe as well as meatballs. The sausage and peppers was good, the meatballs are amazing. I do like the show, but he needs to stop with the forced humor. It's neither funny, nor fun.

Last episode posted sal answered the question, "where is richard." He responded, "Richards around."

    I shit thee not.

I wish he could parlay this into a gig and leave the sinking HSS behind but I doubt much will come of it.

It's infinitely more interesting than "For What it's Worth" starring Booey and Hein, not that that's saying much.

I think "...each week we travel across the country..." from the intro actually means a 5 mile radius from Sal's house in Nassau County. Aside from that I love the show and I've tried a few of his recipes.
