Or do you need hours of preparation and planning before you actually lay down, with a purpose to go to sleep?

Stress is going to be the death of me. I rarely sleep a full night and when I do fall asleep it's because my body says enough and shuts itself down. But then I am awake again in a few hours.
That's why I love this place. Always open and helps to distract my mind from thinking and it provides much needed lulz in the middle of the night.

I've had sleeping problems since I was a child. The only way I'll fall asleep is when I'm completely and utterly exhausted.

    It sucks.

Once my head hits a pillow, I'm out like a light within 10 minutes.

I usually only sleep about 5-6 hours a night though.

I find that thinking about traveling through space, and how infinite it is, will generally put me to sleep fairly quickly

My idea of vacation is sleep whenever I want, for as long as I want. People who like to sleep always catch shit for being lazy, where as people who go to the beach and sit on their asses for 12-15 hours are somehow "vacationing" :coffee:
