I'm taking one. Now a cruise isn't really my style but some friends are going and I figured I'd go. It's cheap, it's in the sun, good company, should be fun. What are your experiences with cruises? I'm soliciting advice on the following and more: what to do what to drink where to go how to sneak on booze where to book a room shit I'd wish I'd know before I got on the ship. For instance: Beer is like $8 as are mixed drinks. Premium mixed are more but you get a voucher for $5 to cash in for chips to gamble with if you buy the same amount or more. so yo uplay afew hands, cahs back in the chips you bough tand play wioth the "free" ones. If yo ubreak even the Premium drinks are the cheapest buy. If you lose it all, you've paid for gambling for a few hours. I don't think we're stopping at "Rotundah" but what's good to do at these Islands? The one that's owned by the cruise will be pretty sanitized but there are two other ports where we should be able to get into some trouble. I think i will get more help her ethan at some gay cruise forum. thank you in advance for all your well thought out and respectful advice.

Carnival allows you to bring one 750ml bottle of wine per person. Be careful on the drinks especially if you are hanging out at the pool. They have waiters running around asking if you want the drink of the day and some of them cost up to $15 each. All your drinks get posted to your account. If you don't keep tabs of your bar bill you will get a huge surprise when you get the final bill. At your first dinner ask about the wine packages. I took a few six day cruises on Carnival and I think the wine package for five bottles was $110. They will give you coupons and you can have a bottle each night with your dinner. As for the rooms, forget the rooms with the balconies that cost big bucks. You won't be in your room that much anyway. Just get an ocean view room on one of the lower decks. The best location to avoid feeling the boat rock in the center of the ship. As for the side trips, check the ratings that previous Carnival passengers posted on the Carnival web site. A lot of the side cruises are shitty and expensive.
I did just for this thread I didn't want him posting a bunch of stupid shit. I'll un ban him once this thread dies. that's what I'm afraid of, but it's not liek I have to fuck them all. How bad and getting drunk and laying in the sun and swimming be? I do that all summer. you want ne to get Natalie Hallowayed? that's about all I know. I want to hear more about it. I wish I was going to Rotunda though. oh but you're in some Miami slum now aren't you? when do you get back? that's what what I hear. I'll be taking Salt Peter and quinine supliments. Thank you, this is exactly what I was looking for. I cant bring a 750 of rum can I? if it's a screw top bottle will they check it if I fill it with booze?
They only allow you to bring on wine. You have to carry it on too so don't pack it in your luggage. I think they check the seal. Another tip, if you book your trip and book the Guaranteed Low Rate, keep checking on-line to see if they have lowered the rate. If you don't check they may lower it and you have to ask for the lower rate or you won't get it. The food in the dining room is great but the buffet and fast food areas are subject to criticism. Go to the dining area for both your breakfast and dinner. If you see more than one thing on the dinner menu that you like, ask for both. They will give you anything you want for no additional cost Some of the shows are ok, some really suck though. At least they are free. And when you get in port and leave the ship, make sure you get back in plenty of time. They don't wait for anyone and leave right on schedule. Remember, the cruise line makes their money on gambling and booze so stay away from them as much as possible and you can have a great vacation cheap
