Hallo, I didn't feel like spending a lot of time on dinner, so I kept it pretty simple. It looks fancy, but it took less than 15 minutes to make. It was also somewhat inspired by the lovely Baked Ravioli that hockey grl posted in my thread last night... On Tonight's Menu: Pesto Ravioli - Store-Bought Five Cheese Ravioli in a Homemade Basil Pesto topped with fresh diced Tomatoes... ...and since I'm being extra weird on the board today, I'll post some weird music, by a very weird guy.
