    Hallo,

    I didn't feel like spending a lot of time on dinner, so I kept it pretty simple. It looks fancy, but it took less than 15 minutes to make. It was also somewhat inspired by the lovely Baked Ravioli that hockey grl posted in my thread last night...

    On Tonight's Menu:

    Pesto Ravioli - Store-Bought Five Cheese Ravioli in a Homemade Basil Pesto topped with fresh diced Tomatoes...

    ...and since I'm being extra weird on the board today, I'll post some weird music, by a very weird guy. Its the late, great Klaus Nomi with my favorite version of "Total Eclipse":

    FTM, you are being awfully stingy with the green garlicky goodness. Running out of frozen basil? (We still have some cubes in the freezer.)

    If that's the Costco 4-cheese stuff it's gooood.

    I've no idea. That chick I went out with the Saturday before last and I are gonna make dinner at her place and she wants to make ravioli, I think from scratch, so I'll just watch.

    I used fresh leaves tonight and I have a stockpile of frozen in the freezer. I usually use the frozen cubes to flavor sauces.

    Trust me, it was quite potent. ;)

    That's awesome...I've been too lazy to make my own in more recent times. I should probably do it sometime soon. :buffet:
