I've been busy as hell lately. Soccer season has monopolized my evenings, so this cauliflower pizza thread has been sitting in imgur for maybe 2 weeks. Better late than never they say, so here goes. Pulverize the cauliflower florets in the cuisinart.
Steam the cauliflower and then squeeze out as much liquid as you can. I used a cheese cloth, which worked well. Problem is its hot as shit so you have to let it cool, which takes forever, or burn your hands like I do
Add some shredded mozz, parm, salt and two beaten eggs. I also added some almond flour. 4 net carbs in 1/4 cup, which is how much I added to the crust mixture.
I have a pizza stone, so I covered it in parchment and pounded out the pizza skin as they say in the biz. Looks like a pizza crust doesn't it?
No one says it taste like pizza crust and it doesn't. But it's a fair substitute and tastes good in its own right
We did half and half. One half pepperoni sausage. Half spinach, sundries tomato, onion and feta. I put some fresh jalapeƱos on the meat side but left some without because that's too spice for my wife.
I'm not a big fan of this @O Face but keep making food threads, we don't have enough of these as of late.
