So, I'm looking at putting my ass on the line for a huge mortgage soon and thinking of ways I can save a little green. I've always just kept a recent model iPhone with a major carrier for my wife and I. The bill is usually like $180-200 for the two. Is there anyone that's had any success stories with saving on mobile phone bills? I'm going to still need a high end smartphone and a good amount of data for business.
I will once your mother gets her tongue out of there. Anyways, there's already a thread going in the Howard forum. Just go there: http://www.dawgshed.com/threads/straight-talk-or-cricket.184469/page-2
OR you could just pay your mortgage AND your phone bill like everyone else with a hair on his balls and stop whining like a cunt
The debt is cheap and I don't feel like waiting for another down cycle. I'd have to wait for the cycle to hit and establish itself, then the banks will all freeze up and I'll have to wait for lending to start to happen again. Home prices will drop but I'm going to have to hang around for probably 2-4 years waiting.
Supply is about to seriously outpace demand in the next 12+ months. Factor in some other economic corrections and we're due for a tough time in the residential market. Although a zany president could start a war that would either cause a temporary lift (of shit-can it worse) but that's pretty unknown. I like my current time frame above.
Check out Ting, they run on the Sprint network but they recently announced support for GSM. If not then shove it up your ass.
the home I built myself and own outright is probably worth 3-5 times the decrepit hovel you are wringing your hands over, captain skinny-dick
