I'm going to be in the market for a vehicle shortly. However, there's nothing out right now that I really "want." There are a few low-mileage CPO cars in my area that I do like, though. Anybody have experience with buying that way?

Here's a cute pic to look at if you have knowledge to impart here.

My only experience with them is from the service end. When we get them in there is a comprehensive list of things that need checked off on and replaced if need be.

    I'd buy one. :dontknow:

It's just a used car with a warranty isn't it? Sounds easy enough to figure to me. :dontknow:

When we get a trade in on the lot the only things we always fix before we put them out on the line is safety issues.

CPO vehicles get restored to like new on cosmetic/maintenance/mechanical also.

2012 Fusion SE. I rented one for my last Toronto trip and really liked it.

From a reputable dealer I would buy one. They offer a nice warranty but, I think, it is a warranty from that individual dealer. I could be wrong on that bit though. I'd only give the CPO a little weight and would but based primarily on the car (obviously).

The 3.0 is a great engine and the 2.5 is also other than an occasional thermostat issue. Great cars.

My wife drives the Lincoln version of it and it's been awesome.

12/12, plus 7/100 powertrain at Ford. I'm still sorting through GM's.

There are two near-ish to me for $18k with under 10k miles.

The one I had was a four. Had plenty of power for me.

PB, I bought a CPO from Ira and was vewy happy. Paid a bit more, but less worry with a 3 month warranty.
