    Hello there,

Today was pretty average overall. I had this really cool dinner planned out, but Sweetie has to do some work, so I've postponed that particular meal and I created a meal using a few things I had at home and a few things from the in-laws across the street. Its not as interesting as what I plan on making, but it really hit the spot...

    On Tonight's Menu:

Tex Mex Style Pasta - Rotini, Seasoned Ground Beef, Salsa, Nacho Cheese, Bell Peppers, Jalapeno Peppers, Green Onions, and Tapatio Salsa Picante...

...and a track for a gloomy day like today from my favorite solo Beatle. John Lennon with "Nobody Told Me":

Talk about your food and your music.

Hopefully everyone is having a lovely day/evening. I'm wishing you all the absolute best. :toptip:

It tasted pretty good. I couldn't finish the plate, so I think it will heat up well for lunch tomorrow. :cheer:

Thank you! Usually the camera makes the food look dull. :)

That's weird. I live in a predominantly Hispanic area of the city so they carry all that stuff at the neighborhood Kroger. I would suggest looking at a Supermercado, you're a Texan, so I'm sure you have one in your area. :)

    Damn that looks GOOD!
We're having fresh scallops quickly sauteed in garlic butter.
And also my wife makes great baked rice with vegetables (red peppers, celery, onions, jalapenos, and fresh tyme) cooked in left-over pork stock with a bit of cheese sprinkled on top of it shortly before she pulls it from the oven.
Green salad on the side ...which I ain't that crazy about having to eat but what the hell am I gonna do?
Throw it out in the back yard when she's not looking?

I heard that same John Lennon song on the radio out of Woodstock this morning while shaving... synchronicity rides again.
