I have both but went full charcoal last summer
my only bitch is I wish it got a little hotter so I could sear with it.
if it did, it'd be my one and only.
There's no options for:
I'm both of those, but there are some suweeet electric grills out now
Edit: my bad, you have gas.
Gas is still king for grilling a hot dog or a burger after work or on my lunch break. It still has its place.
And a preemptive to all the charcoal snobs. Gas is so much easier and quicker.
charcoal...weber kettle...no exceptions..
Not a huge mesquite fan. At least not for longer sessions, it's too pungent.
I like hickory for beef and apple or peach wood for pork.
Charcoal is great and all but who the fuck has the time for all that? My Weber heats up to 550 in like 10 mins
I prefer charcoal but there all good if you know what you doing
