Chicken Kabobs

    Recipe for 1 serving:

    Marinate 1 chicken breast cut into cubes in a Teriyaki sauce for 6 hours or overnight. Use 1 Green Pepper, and half an onion cut into quarters. Oven bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees, flip at the 20 minute mark, and apply rest of marinade, then cook for the remaining 20 minutes.

    I cook the meat on one skewer, and the veggies on another. That way the veggies which take longer don't cause the chicken to overcook

    I cook the veggies and meat together, so I get the flavor of the teriyaki chicken onto the vegetables, and the flavor of the vegetables onto the chicken. The chicken may look over cooked but it wasn't, it was cooked nice and juicy, if you doubt me I posted the cooking times, give a try.
