There seem to be a lot of the standard Christmas specials being played as we get closer to the Holiday. Which one do you still watch and which one do you hate?

I can usually watch it 2 times a year. I really enjoy the old black and white "Scrooges".

Nothing like watching some of the very first black and white versions of the classic Scrooge. I am amazed as to how many versions are out there. They are hard to find, and sometimes go under different titles but worth the hunt.

The man was a terrific actor. I find when I watch him I feel a kinship with his Scrooge. And when he utters the line "nor do I wish to" to the charity fund folk who say "you don't know us" I get a pretty good chuckle. Just something about the way he says it.

I find a lot of them on you tube..I found the 1938 and 1951 version..51 is the best I think. He was a really good actor. The last ghost scared the shit out of me..
