Yea for me.
Goo Foe You. They're the worst.
Filthy nasty habit.
Doctors are doing it
Congrats!!! How'd you do it- cold turkey, electronic cig, gum...?
Gum. I needed 3 pieces of the 4mg gum on day one, one piece on day two and I didn't need anymore after that
That's great!!! It took a lot longer for my wife to quit a 40 yr. habit using the lozenges, but it finally paid off.
If I ever did start & later needed to quit, I'd go spliff diet then gradually lower the tobacco content.
It took my wife a week in the Hospital, and a diagnosis of COPD to get her to quit. Funny how that works.
I'm right there with you DICKWAD- mine quit then got diagnosed with COPD and more recently congestive heart failure. I'm glad I never started smoking!
Not as quick as yours but I did the gum route as well
I needed an oral fixation
There are people that actually still smoke?
There was a story in our local paper a few days ago that casinos in Macau are going smoke free. Wish they would ban it here, but let people do that e cigarette/ vaping thing.
Some actually enjoy smoking...
He'll if you're gunna smoke you may as well get something good out of it and smoke the right thing
"Yeah, I quit smoking. Well, actually I'm on to cigars now- I'm on the five-year plan. I quit cigarettes, then I go to cigars, then I go to pipes, a few weeks of Hookah, then I go on to Red Man, then Levi, then dip, then snuff, then I'm on to that nicotine gum, mixed with little chaw."
