He was semi normal looking on Andy Griffith, I will give him that, it was in black and white though.
He seems like a likeable guy, you never hear any bad rumors or scandals involving him. According to Celebrity Net Worth he is worth $10 million and has 200 acting credits to his name, most of which were big budget productions. Never has the pressure of being the "star" of the movie. All in all he sounds like he is living the American Dream
$10 mil? Unless Ron is giving him money how is that possible?.
love that dude
I met him here in Sacramento years ago during one of his softball events. My mother asked for an autograph and he couldn't have been nicer. A class act all the way.
Never knew he played the kid dressed in a cowboy outfit who never spoke, but offered everyone a bite of his sandwich. Cute kid back then.
Ron Howard's dad also appeared on the show, most memorably as an FBI agent who refused to tell a frustrated Barney why he was there while he waited in the sheriff's office for Andy. He actually has a scene with his son, as Opie wanders in looking for ice cream money or something.
Guy looked almost *exactly* like Ron Howard does now.
Here's a clip from another episode he was in--Barney gives him a parking ticket.
Yeah, the Howard boys were lucky--they had sane, grounded parents.
You dont always remember him but the guy is in a shit load of big name movies.
He also probably invests well and isnt blowing it on rims and diamonds
Yep. He's had an incredibly long & very decent career as a character actor. Of course, it doesn't hurt that his brother uses him a lot--but that's as it should be. The guy's a good actor.
He is the Fredo of the family.
Wait, Ron Howard got the looks in the family?
I have this on VHS.
