that does seem odd right? maybe that was just a tax assessment which are typically lower than market value
So does this mean Howard is going to leave Sirius at the end of the year or is this a place to keep Beth happy while he stays in New York and wait for his parents to pass away?
thats one expensive baby but it should keep beth happy another 2 years
I did, I was curious about that as well, I expected the price he paid to be less than or close to the appraisal value, not $10 million over. You figure Beth's going to spend a fortune re-doing shit to her classless taste, throw in real-estate sales commission and Howard would have to see a more than 30%
increase in that appraisal value to break even on a sale.
Imagine how Beff feels falling into this lifestyle. One night, one party, one bj and shazzaam!
Video no longer there????
In Fl the appraised value of our house is 85% of the market value. Pluse he probably bought some of the furnishings.
Mike Tyson filled up his backyard with white lions, then had to sell the place to Fiddy.
beth will fill it up with disgusting creatures like bulldogs and fat rescued cats, they'll be milling around on that pointless green area turning it brown with guano. fucking poetic justice
Tax assessment is $27.3 million
Link still working, but you have to sit thru a gd 30-second ad before every video on cnbc
