My father was a detective in the Kansas State Police '62-'83.

That was his sidearm believe it or not.

Screw that, Colt Python .357 was the best dam revolver I've ever shot in my life.....and they quit making them..... WTF?!?!?!??!?

1911 has always been mah faaaaaavorite, I'd take a 1911 over a plastic 500 round 9mm any day.

Nice! I had a Springfield and loved it to death, but I had to sell it for cash. I will either get another one, or the new Ruger version. It'd be nice to have a top-of-the-line Ãœber 1911 custom Bauer or something, but I really can't afford it and don't need it.... The point of the 1911 is you can fucking drive nails with it and throw it in the mud, clean it up and depend on it working, very effectively.......
