    Are you removing paint from concrete ? If so, latex paint doesn't bond, so you can just scrape it up or power wash it off. Oil paints need thinner, and need to soak for a few hours. Open the doors and wear a mask, or don't, you're a shit poster anyways. Epoxy needs to probably be sanded off. Thinner won't work. Enjoy that nightmare.

    Lacquer thinner should cut it the best but you need to wear a mask for that, serious fumes.
