Guilty for holding the gun sideways.
But, don't run from cops. They got guns.
Pretty cut and dry. Yes or no, is it protocol to open fire on a car fleeing from a traffic stop?
it would take a great deal of energy to go on a pursuit of 6 black teens...it is far more practical to shoot into a car of unarmed teens
Its better for the environment.
What the hell kind of a cop holds a gun like that?
One that has absolutely no respect for the weapon. Or human life.
Unfortunately, others feel the same way; until it hits close to home, then they become activists.
Yeah I have no fear of it hitting close to home. If my family or friends are stopped by the cops we listen and obey and we go home with a ticket. But I sure the video is the whole story and nothing more to it.
The whole story is they weren't armed and were fleeing. Last I checked gunfire wasn't allowed in such circumstances.
Take one quick look at that website. Looks like anti-cop anti gov. Alex Jones type site. Not going to believe much from places like that.
10 PM curfew.
Chicago Sun Times also reported it. http://chicago.suntimes.com/news/7/...o-chicago-cop-shooting-black-teens-car-report
After the shooting, police discovered that the car the teenagers were driving was stolen. So I'm going to take a wild guess and say the teens where moving around in that car looking like they were going for something but most likely trying to make a run for it. And the cop shot at the car.
No problem with that at all. Hard to have sympathy for people stealing a car and then getting shot in the process.
There are REAL cases of bullshit by the cops not every video shows the complete story. Sounds very similar to that story a couple months ago where a white teen stole a car and got shot to death at the end of the chase and was unarmed.
What kind of cop holds a gun sideways?
the driver was able to prove that he had no knowledge of the status of the car...can a slow moving car be a threat to public safety: yes, in this case: no
With all due respect, you're wrong about that. Carjacking isn't an offense punishable by death. Neither is eluding police. Standing there emptying a bunch of shots into a car full of kids isn't something we should ever want our police doing. Their job is not to punish. In order for our justice system to be worth a shit, cops simply cannot keep doing this stuff. They got away with it before because no cameras were on them. Now they're everywhere.
