Coq au vin (inspired by Donnie Brasco)

    I just steal other peoples recipes and tweak em to make them my own. This one I've made a few times and is fantastic. Hope some of you try it.

    *side note: I use chicken thighs. I brown them in the bacon fat then de-bone and remove the skin. **Also I simply use merlot and chicken stock for the liquid.
