I checked my email this morning and found out that Costco had cancelled my computer order because they were unable to verify my shipping address. I called in and they were no help. It was cancelled because the shipping address was different from the billing address (I am staying at a temporary address for work). The dude on the phone's suggestion was that I order it again and then hurry up and call them so that they can contact that department and tell them not to cancel it. I wrote them an angry email asking them why they didn't attempt to call me and verify the address. I ask them to call me and explain. Should I expect some kind of discount or something for my trouble? The order was for almost $1,400.
