I didn't even realize there are two curd sizes. I'll go large.
small. more than a mouthful is a waste.
Large with a dollop of Dorothy Lynch's or Catalina dressing s'il vous plait.

Large. Hard to find though.
Cottage cheese is completely vile to me. A personal trainer used to make me eat it. I would get a huge spoon and try to get a container down in 5 bites all while jumping up and down and drinking a ton of water. It is the texture that gets me. Cool story bro.
Large by a mile. I worked in a few dairies, and heard from multiple folks that cottage cheese is tricky to make. Very hard to keep the batches consistent.
Publix Large Curd is the best.
