cutting weight before a comp... expecting 20lb+ loss in five days

    I found this on the internet. The guy (pictured below) lost 20lbs in 5 days.

    The "secret" is to overload your body with water so it goes into massive draining mode. Then you drastically cut your water and sodium intake while at the same time daily exercising, and daily sweating 30 minutes in a sauna and 30 minutes in a hot bath. All along your body is still in massive draining mode even though you're actually dehydrating yourself.

    The diet is basically the Atkins Diet.


    SUNDAY

    Carbs: Less than 50 grams per day. No fruit, starches, or sugars.
    Protein and Fat: As much as you want in 3 meals
    Water: 2 gallons
    Salt: None

    MONDAY

    Carbs: Less than 50 grams per day. No fruit, starches, or sugars.
    Protein and Fat: As much as you want in 3 meals
    Water: 1 gallon
    Salt: None

    TUESDAY

    Carbs: Less than 50 grams per day. No fruit, starches, or sugars.
    Protein and Fat: As much as you want in 3 meals
    Water: 1 gallon
    Salt: None

    WEDNESDAY

    Carbs: Less than 50 grams per day. No fruit, starches, or sugars.
    Protein and Fat: As much as you want in 3 meals
    Water: 0.5 gallon
    Salt: None
    Sauna in afternoon

    THURSDAY

    Carbs: Less than 50 grams per day. No fruit, starches, or sugars.
    Protein and Fat: As much as you want in 3 meals
    Water: 0.25 gallon
    Salt: None
    Sauna in afternoon for 30 minutes, hot water bath at night

    FRIDAY (WEIGH IN AT 6PM)

    Carbs: Less than 50 grams per day. No fruit, starches, or sugars.
    Protein and Fat: Eat 2 very small meals until weigh in
    Water: None till weigh-in
    Salt: None
    Sauna until weight is met

    190lbs on Sunday

    Its not a diet, he's just dehydrating himself until weigh ins. That very night he'll put all that weight almost immediately back on.

    Just get some Lasix and be sure to take potassium supplements. Are you cycling Winstrol for the cut?

    I used to go through shit like this wrestling in high school and junior college.
    Crazy shit like that for a couple days before weigh-ins. What sucked the most was i never felt 100% going into a match after doing it.

    Go ahead and enjoy a glass Pooh ha. There is very little sugar in wines. Most of the sugar becomes the alcohol.

    It's amazing how cutting sugar and processed food can help you lose weight. Drink lots of water. What kind of competition is this?
