    1. Did he scream when it happened?

    2. Could anyone tell it wasn't just the song?

Helps that he was probably pre-loaded with pain killers.

I'm exactly one day younger than Dave Grohl, and I always hold a handrail when going down the stairs . I practically shuffle around like a senior citizen when walking on ice.
He needs to start acting like a 46 year old, like me.

I like the Foo's but how in the hell are they able to play a baseball stadium?

It's becoming a trend. Here in Boston, Bruce, Jimmy Buffett, and others have played Fenway. I think a baseball stadium, especially Fenway is a horrible place to see a concert. The acoustics suck. And since Fenway is an older spot, there are a lot of blindspots and cramped spaces.

BTW, Foo Fighters are playing Fenway in July. The only way I would see them there is if I was right in front of the stage.

I guess the only thing that could top that is getting burned alive and getting back out on tour 2 weeks later.

People who like the Foo's love that Hero song and none of their other songs. They're just lucky that they're the last youngish band who has a foot in grunge and punk. Too bad none of their stuff was that good. And why is Dave the keeper of the Rock and roll flame? Hey Dave, fuck your sanctimonious self off. He's pretty much Eddie Trunk who can play an instrument. He can play drums, guitar and sing? Yea, so can I and I suck too.

Lots of keyboard crybabies here today.

    Dave Grohl is fucking awesome.
