I can dismantle one and pull the meat in two, maybe three minutes. That's without crackers.
I'm making this. Because it looks fun to make. I've been trying to find an authentic spanish/mexican rice that is full of flavor and not use sodium laden goya seasonings like most rubes do. @AnimalGod
I made the achiote oil and the refrito sans cilantro ahead of time. I forgot to take pics. I will take pics from here forward.
