Sanders is too old and he's a commie, although the media would love him because of his Larry David-like qualities. Trump is a fucking lunatic. Maybe I'd just sit this one out.

Let me see a guy who never worked a day in his life, has an annoying accent, a socialist, and into weird rape shit... or a guy who has bad hair, is a billionaire, created jobs, built things, and doesn't flail around when he speaks. :bigthink

I worry that Trump might take us over the ledge but I know Bernie will.

Not voting for a socialist in the general election. I support him as far as the Democratic primary goes.

The thinking that 'war is good for business' is rapidly becoming a relic of the 20th century. It does not seem to be the case any longer. Thus, with Trump being a businessman, I suspect that, in practice, he will be very circumspect when considering the use of our military forces.

Bernie, on the other hand, is more of a wild card. Putting an avowed conscientious objector in charge of the world's most important military force is a huge gamble. There is so much uncertainty when it comes to how he would respond in a crisis. But, much as Obama's "lead from behind" doctrine has emboldened the Chinese to militarize disputed islands in the South China Sea, invited Russian incursions into the Ukraine and Syria, seen increasingly aggressive Iranian patrolling of the Strait of Hormuz, lowered the hurdles to Iran's importation of nuclear technology, seen North Korea come into possession of nuclear weapons and facilitated the rise of ISIS, so too is it almost inevitable that Bernie's unique beliefs regarding the acceptable use of military force will be viewed by our global competitors as yet more weakness to be exploited.

This is just a fear, not a certainty. But given the arc of history, I think it's a very legitimate and reasonable concern.
