No alcohol. Sleeping is getting better, but that's about it.
Sleeping does not get better after 14 days.

Ive been biking since May. Last week sucked, this week not so much.
It makes sense that your sleep would improve because alcohol prevents you from going into REM so you are probably getting better quality sleep. Physically and mentally you will continue to improve but get ready to experience your true emotional turmoil.
One MAJOR reason I drink...yup.
