The recent decision by an appeals court in Manhattan agreeing with Judge Kapnick's summary judgement of The Pelican's suit against Sirius has spawned a few online stories. With those stories are the comments section.

From this story (http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-...ses-appeal-of-pay-suit-against-sirius-xm.html) there is this comment from one Christopher Gilbert giving his opinion of Howard Stern:

"He works VERY hard.....He makes me LAUGH every day!
7 days a week, for the past 20 years....!
With new & fresh material nearly every day. 4 or 5 hours per day!
No other Comedian in the World has EVER done that!
Most guys live off of 4 or 5 Stand-Up routines that last 2 hours each.....
Then turn that into a Film or T.V. career.....
Stern is the Best entertainer-comedy performer EVER.
    No arguing!
Not just an opinion either, it's a plain fact."

First sentence about Howard working very hard. 3 day work weeks, many weeks off every day, is hard work?
Second sentence about 7 days a week. . . yes, you can record and listen to content over and over 7 days a week, I suppose.
Third sentence about new and fresh material every day, 4-5 hrs a day. . . . . huh?

    I could go on.

So, is this guy deaf, dumb, or bullshitting. This guy is trolling, right? Or are Howard fans that dumb?

There are nerdy types in the media who think liking the HSS is one of the cool things in life to check on their list but don't actually have the mentality to enjoy the show, even when it's good. Anyone who'd listened in the past few years would know what he typed wasn't remotely the case. A totally anonymous nobody journalist might also want a mention on the HSS.
