    Branched chain amino acids promote muscle recovery. do you work out a lot ? calling everyone thats into health fags and then following it up with saying supplements never worked for you makes it sound like you work out like a cunt, so you are probably wasting your money

    however if you put in a serious work out 4 + days a week, protein, creatine, branched chain amino acids, d-aspartic acid, ZMA (zinc magnesium) will all help gains... BCAAs and DAAs really help recovery especially if you are dieting. if you are dieting it takes longer to recover, so these supplements are essential. but like I said, if you dont really work out and you half ass it then yeah its a waste.
