Shit sucks. My friends mom died cuz of it. As much as we all like to bash her I wish her well.

It's a terrible thing, yet I don't feel sorry for her.

I dont believe she has the biopsy back yet. It doesn't sound or look good though. She found the lump on 07 and ignored it. Now it's huge and needs to be removed. This shit isn't funny cuz of her kid. She has no family that would take the kid in if this is a worst case senario.

This may just be a desperate cry for attention and sympathy. I wouldn't put it past her

No, I've seen her medical reports. This could easily kill her.

I don't trust Debi the pet lady. She's probably just blowing smoke hoping to get back on the show. I hope its not true, but wouldn't be shocked to discover she's full of shit.

If she had the lump in '07 and it was malignant, wouldn't she be dead by now?

I've been talking with her a few weeks now. Where I and my wife have a large medical background she's latched onto me. She's copied her reports so far so I could explain them better to her. As far as I know, there is no confirmed diagnosis yet but from the size of the tumor now compared to 07 I'm 99% sure it's malignant.

nope, cancer starts out as 1 cell. It takes a long time for it to grow and spread though it is much faster than a healthy non cancerous cell. Once it has some good size to it then it detaches, spreads and kills. That's why early detection is so critical. Ittakes years to get going but once it is it explodes in growth.

Same thing happened to my cousin. Age 49 when she died. Two kids, both under 17.

Everyone and every case is different. Some people live for decades with a cancer while others drop dead a few months after it's discovered.
