For a minute, I thought this was going to be about SiriusXM not letting you cancel your monthly subscription.
cabbie should have let them file the report before producing the tape.
When you said Canadians, I automatically assumed you were talking about "Canadians".
fucking cunts. they should've at least been hit with the $500 smoking fine.
I am glad he is suing them. they need to learn they cant get away with this shit. Sucks the cops didnt do shit though
Fuck the Bitches,Go all the way and screw their 'Reputations'.
This is why I hate this country. Any woman can just lie like that and get away with it. If that guy had not taped that he would be fucked. How many men have served prison time due to false rape accusations. There needs to a severe punishment for women who make up lies.
The police didn't arrest the women because "there wasn't enough evidence either way ..." What?!? There is evidence that they called the police and said he tried to sexually assault them, he had evidence that he did not do anything to them. At the very least, there has to be some sort of punishment for making that false claim.
No doubt!! how is filing a false report not a crime??
I hope people in that community are demanding charges be pressed against these assholes. Disgraceful that they think nothing of doing something like this and then the cops show them that there's no retribution for it? Disgusting.
I wish ovarian cancer and a gang rape on all of them.
they didnt, they just called the cops
I wonder how far they would have taken it if he didn't have that video. Thankfully their faces are clear in the video, at least a couple of them, and we can only hope the people that know them make their lives miserable.
Right. Then they show up and take a report.
And you wonder why they couldn't be members at Augusta...
Most places have laws in place against misuse of the 911 system. False statements to a police officer are also illegal. There's even a federal statute concerning false statements within the US
The statute spells out this purpose in subsection 18 U.S.C. § 1001(a), which states:(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully—
(1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device[ , ] a material fact;(2) makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or(3) makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entryshall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years or, …Even constitutionally explicit Fifth Amendment rights do not exonerate affirmative false statements.[SUP][/SUP] As the Court in Brogan v. United States said:[SUP][/SUP]
[TD]Our legal system provides methods for challenging the Government's right to ask questions — lying is not one of them.
