Even if he hired the judge, he would still lose. Ha!

This is Howard's MO. He'll end up blaming everyone but himself. When his appeal fails, he's gonna sue his lawyers. It'll never end.

I didn't hear that because mostly I don't listen to the show but I turn on the replays when I'm bored. This morning on a replay Howard said something to the effect that Sirius should just get rid of him if they are done with him, or fed up with him, or something like that. So now Howard is egging Sirius on to fire him, and if they fire him he still gets paid I'm sure. I just can't believe what a hypocrite, lying, sell out Howard has become. He acts like he was never any other way, and yet they are playing recordings of him on his own channels from years ago talking and behaving like the Howard we all knew he once was. This is why I can't listen to the show anymore. It's all propaganda and lies now. It's enough to make you mental.

Maybe he needs to hire a better contract writer/agent.
The billion $$$ that his current agent has earned for him apparently isn't quite enough for ole' Howie.

If I were a lawyer in the entertainment industry, and chatted with him at a party, I'm sure I would plant some seeds in his mind about the a. the bad contract writing, b. the inept handling of his lawsuit -- there's got to be plenty of lawyers who want a piece of his litigious pie

Howard's "exceptations" of his contract and the actuality seem like two different things. I think it is a lawyer's responsibility to bridge that gap, but who knows what type of a client Howard is to deal with?

To me the smoking gun, was the 25 million he did receive for the merger, but yet Howard talks about it being last minute "protection money" that he (underscore he) had added to the contract and had nothing to do with the merger. Not quite how the contract reads.

while it would be fun to fuck with him at a cocktail party, there's not enough money in the world to make dealing with that fuck on a daily basis worth it.

The whole partner this is laughable, he keeps stating that as a key piece of his suit when in fact there isn't a word in his contract referring to it. Some exec giving him a tour of Sirius and blowing smoke up his ass that he's a partner in the business has no more legal meaning than the new burger flipper at McDonald's being told he's an "associate" who's an indispensible part of the corporate family.

Howard is cheap. He probably skimped on the NY Jew lawyers and hooked up with a firm that farms its legal research work to India with a cheap white non Jew lawyer representing him here.

It doesn't matter if he gets the best lawyer in the world, his case has no merit.

nearly made me spit out my coffee

seriously, tho, gentlemen of the saloon, when you want some dirty work done, ask a woman. we are as evil and conniving as they come, and that's speaking as one of the nice ones.

I'd put a team of PMSing lawyers all over this at 3 p.m. every fucking day if I were him.

this is exactly what happens when you can't let go of the nickel, I am 100% sure that if he ponied up for a "good" attorney instead of the best guy @ $12.50 per hour he could find he would not be in this mess.....god bless him for being a cheap jew.....I hope he spends 2x as much for the appeal.....which would be $25.00 per hour......LOL
