It looks pretty good to me.
I'll hafta google and/or wiki this, bfag.
I love Rifftrax and I love The Room
You're TEARING ME APART, FAGGY
I've only seen clips of it.
"I did not hit her! Oh hi Mark. I'm so happy I have you as my best friend."
Did you see they're doing a completely new version with Patton Oswalt?
Not sure how I feel about it.
MST3K without Trace just doesn't seem right.
Oh hi, big faggy.
I don't know what I think. At this point asking for money on Kickstarter to do it seems ridiculous. Do you know if they're trying to get it on TV or trying to sell it online, so you'd be paying for them to make something and then paying to see it again after it's made?
I think they're releasing them online in hopes of a network picking them up.
Part of the plan is to see how many people get excited about the Kickstarter campaign and want MST3K back, so that we can talk with broadcast networks and digital platforms about bringing MST3K back for another thirty years. There, I said it. Another 30 years.
I don't know who it will be, but we've already gotten some excited phone calls today from people in Hollywood who are watching what's happening. So it's working! Keep Circulating the URL, and maybe the next season of MST3K will be beamed straight into your eyes!
One other thing. It's really important to me that backers who help us make a new season get to ENJOY that season without spending more money, so all of the rewards above $100 include HD downloads of all of the new episodes with no DRM or copy protection. I just think that's important. It's the right thing to do. It's proper.
$2 million for the first three episodes. They raised almost $6 million. I feel just shitty about that. The original was so homey and creative and cheap.
Supposed to be 14 episodes and only about 65% of the raised money goes into production.
I saw some preview at the movie theater that the guys who did the voices are going to do a show for movie theaters. Seemed kind of weird.
In my day you made a version of the show first, and then you sold it.
Yeah, looked like a one shot deal. http://www.fathomevents.com/event/best-of-rifftrax-live-the-room
I'm going to explain this to my 66-yr-old mom just so I can watch her try to explain it to my dad
