I should check out the chatrooms. I can't imagine anyone there is under 70.
Just looked into it and it is in fact true.
My father in law still uses it for his main e mail account for some reason. He's way over 70.

I can believe it, when I lived in a rural area just outside of San Diego, the only "hi-speed" option was HughesNet satelite Internet which was expensive and not very fast so we used MSN dial-up. That was a rural area not far away from a huge urban center and it's still the same now as when I lived there. We get quite a few dial-up registrations here as well.
I'll wager that the majority of those "subscribers" are seniors who paid for a lifetime subscription, as a provision in their estate.
Does any operating system still work on dial-up? I'm skeptical...
