You might want to temper your expectations for the first Star Wars spinoff film. Directed by Gareth Edwards, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is still scheduled to release on December 16th, but sources tell Page Six that the highly anticipated spinoff will require expensive reshoots over the summer as the film isn't shaping up nearly as well as Disney had expected. "The execs at Disney are not happy with the movie, and Rogue One will have to go back into four weeks of expensive reshoots in July," one source told Page Six. "Disney won’t take a back seat, and is demanding changes, as the movie isn’t testing well," the source added. Trailer: I never saw this trailer. That does look pretty bad. Another prequel story too.
