I dont cook much, but on weekends I try to make 1 dinner that I like and other people enjoy also. My choices are Spaghetti, all from scratch with home made noodles, and a polish dish called Pierogie's. wondering what you all do?

I roll flat piece of boneless leg of lamb and stuff it with garlic, spinach, cheese, mushrooms, and onions. Lots of olive oil, thyme, rosemary and black pepper.

I really am going to try those turtle burgers with the bacon and the hot dogs. Last weekend on Sunday, had friends over for a HIGH CAL PARTY, we had Mimosa's and Omlet and bacon and sausages sandwiched between 2 crispy creme donuts! It was a blast.

I liked seared scallops served on top of pureed avocado and crispy bacon on top of that.

I love cooking. I tend to rotate through dishes, though -- at first, I did a lot of standard American shit, then Italian, then Mexican, then Indian. I've not developed a signature dish, but I do love to make butternut squash soup and sausage casserole.

Gonna have to dig the recipe out, let me do that tomorrow. It's really simple and has been in the family for decades (it didn't originate in the family, though).
