"high up" at a dealership is like being the tallest midget at the fair, but yeah, I have to piss every couple months.

If random drug testing is a company policy, then they aren't immune to them.
Yah I don't think that's exec status bub. No disrespect.
depends where you work really. but the odds of an exec/upper level person getting drug tested are really low at places that do test.
random drug testing is retarded.
Meh. That's outta' ya in 1-3 days.
Yah. This would be my assumption.

don't think so. at a certain level, they are not covered by the same employment terms as the salaried employees. at my employer's the seniors are contracted employees with a different tax classification. their contract has different requirements for compliance and for satisfaction of their terms of employment and compensation. they are given a checkbook and a Visa card with the instructions that their medical bills are paid for using that checkbook and/or credit card because they are not locked into the same wellness medical plan and have an unrestricted choice of providers.
as for Wall St, i would be impressed that people pass drug/alcohol tests. it may not be as bad as it once was (whole teams are not being sent to dry out in detox as they used to following the Reuters Xmas party) but i bet the use of stimulants and recreational assistants is still pretty common.
None taken. If you're looking for fortune 500 powerbrokers here I think you're fresh out of luck, bub.
A client of the shop hit and killed a woman with his ice cream truck.
I mean like a box truck that delivered Jack N Jill products, not an ice cream truck that plays music and shit.
Anyway we were worried for him because it wasn't his fault, but we know he's a smoker. He didn't smoke on the job, but at night. So we figured they'd test him and he'd piss hot and be fucked whether it was his fault or not.
But it turns out they didn't! His company looked at the evidence and had his back. And the deceased's family understood it was an accident and didn't push for any charges or anything.
Company officers not only get drug tested but also are required to receive semi-annual physicals with results reported to the BOD
FWIW, I've pissed right next to the owner and he owns 5 dealerships, a hotel, microbrewery, and 2 restaurants.
