My wife and I are in our mid-thirties, and have finally decided to start a family. Consequently, I want to prepare myself for the inevitable changes that will occur to her body. While I'm interested in what will happen during pregnancy, I'm mainly concerned with the state of things after childbirth. In particular: Which body parts are affected? How are these body parts affected? Which body parts return to "normal"? Which body parts never recover? Is there anyting that can be done to prevent and/or minimize the devastation? Pull no punches - I came here for your brutal honesty. On the other hand, if there are reasons for optimism, please don't hold back. I'm quite superficial, and am not ready to say goodbye to my wife's sexuality.
