I say no. Time is time. Cant change that
Somebody would've already travelled back in time if it was possible.
i used to like that show Time Tunnel
We are travelling through time-every second...
Of all the old TV shows that get made into feature films, I'm surprised that one has been skipped.
the lastest is that although you can go back in time, it will be to an alternate universe so nothing you do would ever affect your universe. oh and you'll never make it back to your universe but can make it to one so similar you might not notice.
freaky stuff. i admire the crap out of people who understand this stuff.
such a good idea. i loved that show.
would they tell us? we'd laugh at them.
Watch "Through the Wormhole" with Morgan Freeman. They talk about stuff like that. I watched one where they say there are parallel universes that we live in. We latch onto one and then another and another, etc until we die. On another episode I think they said time travel was possible. Einstein said you would go back in time if you went faster than the speed of light.
I wish I could go back in time to before I clicked on this thread.
I say yes, travel is travel.
i don't think anyone has figured it out in the future either: i planned a party for last year and invited lots of people, wrote invitations and stated there would be $1000 gifts. I didn't send the invites out yet but nobody showed up. if there was time travel in the future someone would have attended for the $1000
When I was a kid I loved it too. Stargate reminded me of it, in a way....
apparently you haven't read steven hawking's book
its possible to see a second of the past by viewing from a telescope so fucking remote that light hasn't yet reached that point.
it just seems senseless and impractical
the exercise of going back or forward in time should lead one to the final conclusion: enjoy the present.
i suppose its easier to travel abroad and fuck a few exotic dames than achieve true time travel.
It is possible and has been accomplished. Every astronaut that has gone up into space is just a bit younger than they should be as far as time goes.
your speaking about relativity, eh?
