I am personally in to it. I have masturbated to hentai since I was a teenager. not as much anymore but I sometimes still do.
Like you Mario I like japanese culture but that is one of the aspects of their society I cant relate to.
I Just watched a really good documentary that tries to explain otaku to american culture I thought it was really interesting and gave some good insights. makes me want to move there even more http://www.snagfilms.com/films/title/manga_mad_tokyo
Mostly I like their video games but a few comics and anime of theirs I appreciate. Third Strike will always be the best fighting game imo.
I feel the same way about the alpha and the EX series. street fighter 4 does nothing for me but I really like street fighter three especially Dudley.
Never cared for EX but Darkstalkers kicked ass too.
Oh hai! By definition, it is. Art: The expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture,...: "the art of the Renaissance" Works produced by such skill and imagination. I have seen a few I like. Not into the beastiality, loli (young girls) or tentacle rape. There are many genres for just about any fetish. Futanari is hot chicks with dicks fucking hot chicks. Yuri (girl on girl). Yaoi (boys on boys) There are some good series that come close to hentai. Queen's Blade comes to mind. There is a lot of rape and disturbing shit, but it's really no different than porn. Would you consider porn to be art?
To me it seems like something that could easliy be abused by a child predator. Sit down, let me show you this cool cartoon I found.
I ran 100k of heroin to Japan from the Philippines and I dont remember much after I hit Tokyo after the third Geisha house.
Art has disturbing subjects all the time. I suppose it's an individual thing whether you consider it to be art or not, but since it came from someone's imagination and they put it on paper or some kind of medium, it is art, I guess. OK. My mom knew I liked anime. So, one day she gives me this VHS tape with a Japanese name written on it and said, "Here. My friend gave me this cause I told her you like anime." I was pretty excited about it so i popped it in and about 3 minutes later was watching demons raping girls. I never told my ma it was a hentai, but I really wonder what kind of friend would give her that shit to give to her daughter? Anyways, despite that, I kinda disagree, although I'm sure it has happened.
