Or everything? I try, mostly fail, to track what I eat. I want to see what I'm getting too much of for sure and what I'm not getting enough of. I'd like to get into swimsuit shape by summer (of 2015). My wife, on the other hand, seems to know instinctively what not to eat and has the will power not to eat it. I know fried foods, soft drinks, candy, etc are really bad for you but I need to be able to see how bad they are an how much I'm going overboard.
