I had a beautiful Filet in the fridge I forgot about and when I unwrapped it you could tell it was juuuuust starting to get a little weird. Went ahead and trimmed it up and cut it into medallions and figured it was good enough. Just cooked it more medium well instead of medium rare. I hate throwing out expensive food and usually will eat almost anything. Well, anything except food sent to me over the internet. I don't do that. Ever. What says you?
