I don't lift.
you lift that fucking nasty crock pot to your living room to eat chili off your coffee table you fucking degenerate but yeah you dont life like the men here.

I tore my rotator cuff
I lift about 3 times a week now, on off days I go to crossfit or boxing, muay thai
I sleep 8 hrs a day
2 meals a day within 6 hrs with an 18 hour fast
that sucks brah. I had the worst shoulder tendonitis for the last 3 months
after heavy benching this winter. Just getting better now

I eat lunch at 11am and dinner no later than 6pm. That's it. That's how I've lived my whole life. I can't eat anymore than that.

very cool been working out about five days a week jump roping and lifting pretty heavy. Ive increased everything this week .
No. I've even been trying to cut down on my portions, because when I do eat, I eat.
Now I'm getting a gut.
