Do you follow a strict protocol with your morning "getting ready" agenda?

    For example, I wake up and almost immediately put in my Contacts...Then, brush my teeth...Then shave...Then unload a deuce... Then shower .....Then hair-styling & getting dressed...Then morning juice & taking vitamins/medications ... Then check my internet news & finance info...Then off to work.

    I do not deviate from this order. To do so would throw me off for at least half the day (at least until my lunchtime nap)

    My life, and all that goes on in it, must be very structured... or I'm f*cked

    1 - Awake @ 5 to 30 minutes before alarm goes off ( 5am to 5:30am )

    2 - Enter bathroom with phone and ipad. Sit on toilet, release the hounds. Read overnight news and market info. Check DAWGS to see if any serious melts have occurred

    3 - Brush teeth and wash hands. Exit bathroom

    4 - Gather bag and clothes, whistle for dog. ( 5:50am )

    5 - Take dog for walk. Allow 15 minutes for sniff and piss, possible poop.

    6 - Return dog home. Grab gear and get in car ( 6:05am )

    7 - Dive to Newark, go to gym and work out. Take shower and hop on PATH train ( 6:30am-7:45am )

    8 - Arrive to work @ 8:15am.
