I have speakers wired in the bathroom, but not a radio that goes specifically in the shower. I saw one at Bed Bath Beyond that was like $40.

I like the bathroom to be a quiet place where I can reflect.

I do my best thinking while in the shower and on the toilet. :grad:

Why? It's not like you're not alone the other times.

I've got a radio by the shower, on a shelf over the toilet, but not a radio in the shower.

My Mother has an old shower-radio, and the reception is horrible, yet she keeps it ... force of habit I guess.

    :jj: me too

I have an old am/fm clock radio that runs on old vacuum tubes. I found it cleaning out my mothers house. Can't wait to get it fixed up. It still works and sounds good. Just a couple issues.

Once that gets all fixed up, that will be a cool little addition to any house.

I use it to stream my Sirius to while working on the house. I think it's going to end up on a bookshelf in the computer room.

    SWEET!

I too like my "quality time" in the baffroom.......I'm sure they'll be selling shower 1080p TVs before long.....

    Groovy radio Dave!

I used to have a shower clock -- don't know what happened to it. Now *that* really came in handy, b/c I space out in the shower and am frequently making myself late.

My daughter always has a shower radio. Terrible fidelity. Her current one has an alarm (But didn't cost 400 bucks) and she has it set to go off when she needs to be out of the shower. They don't last long either. I assume they aren't that well sealed from the moisture and humidity.
