I enjoy them for lunch. I wouldn't put them in the upper echelon of foodstuffs

    I LOVE Tuna sandwiches.

    I make mine like this:

    1 can Tuna in Water
    Freshly chopped Celery
    Dried Onion flakes
    Onion powder
    Salt
    Pepper
    Cayenne pepper
    Shredded cheese
    Mayo

I let that sit in the fridge for an hour, to let the dried Onion flakes absorb the moisture so they aren't crunchy.

Put that on some toasted sourdough bread, with some original lays potato chips on the side. :lunch:

More often than not I prefer the diner staple "Tuna Melt", but a good tuna salad doesn't have to be too fancy. Mayo, mustard, salt, pepper. If you're one of these raisin and sweet relish adder inners I have no use for you. Provelone or swiss cheese. Fresh bread (any kind is fine. I prefer a french roll), some pickles if that's your thing. Maybe tomato and you're good to go. Must be served with potato chips.

I dont use lettuce or tomatoes which is odd I guess. I like black olives, celery, and onions. No roll, just regular wheat bread.

Yes....but anything other than white, albacore in water is cat food.

Crunch up some chips and put them in your sandwich. That's the good shit right there.
