i used to do vipassana (a.k.a., insight) meditation quite a bit but i stopped my meditation practice when i got too busy because of that test i took last october. now i'm starting back up again. doing two weeks of body scan meditation to start with using jon kabat-zinn's series. i've done it three days now (45 minutes each day) and it's fucking crazy where it puts my mind and awareness. i luff it. you meditate?
