You fucking child molesting evil clown.
I think all the calls are fake now.
However...(you might find this difficult to believe)....I received a prank call from Wanda Sykes for Crank Yankers maybe 10+ years ago. I'm almost positive that they got my phone number and authorization from some contest I (stupidly) entered on the Comedy Central website. The prank call went nowhere so it never aired. I can believe that THSS might have previously used some weird system like that, but I doubt it now...I haven't heard any "prank" calls that sounded legit in ages.
And before anybody asks...the prank call to me consisted of her...in a big sassy black woman voice...accuse me of getting her pregnant. I just laughed and let her prattle on for a minute then hung up on her.
I wish the faggot that started this thread needed clearance to post on this forum
As far as I remember, as long as the person(s) or business are not identified, no permission is needed, especially if not for making a profit from it.
what a lame thing to make up
they are fake... the last real calls richard did were the ones to KC
Exactly...fake, like everything else on the show....now they don't even try to hide it anymore.
Bit Killer Jones
That is awesome. I still watch Crank Yankers and Wanda was on it a lot. They had so many great regulars and guests. Eminem was even on it.
How the fuck would you know?
The Tradio guy is a Stern Show intern,
Which Tradio guy?
Electric Eel, comedy that shocks!
That David Allen Grier call where he called the sex line for some "ass play," then started retching before she could get going was funny as hell!
Your right, I don't believe you.
There has to be folks who have heard the calls to "Swap Shop" in their local radios. No? Hmmm. All those calls couldn't be fake could they? I mean Sal and Richard have a full radio sound studio at their disposal and large pool of people to use as voice actors. They sure are making the calls we all hear right?
