AM or FM? What do you listen to?
AM and FM....some talk/news shows and some music stations.
Oy, how can you listen to music on the radio? You must like the same 10 songs over and over
What's he saying, Rahbin?
Yes, AM talk radio mostly, podcasts or Sirius. Right now listening to the podcast from yesterday's John & Ken on KFI. Not having to listen through commercials is wonderful.
I listen to AM radio all the time - including shitloads of baseball games. I also listen to lots of podcasts - Nerdist, In Conversation with Jeff Garlin, How Did This Get Made?.
no: i don't speak puerto-rican
Yep, still listen to sports talk and baseball games.
Regular AM or FM radio? Very very rarely. I drove my wife's non-satrad car this weekend and listened to some local news radio on the FM dial then.
Otherwise, it's a very rare occasion I listen to regular radio.
It was nice, though, to hear some local news on the radio. It makes me wonder whether Sirius will create some chans for local areas. That's the big thing you miss with national/international satrad: Local stuff.
Same here. But I only listen to sports talk streaming through my phone, so does that technically still count?
Everyday, I listen to sports talk all day...
Yes,especially when I get the acquiring signal comment on my screen in my car,and lose reception. Local Montreal radio isn`t great, there are a few good shows on CJAD.
Local sports talk or local sporting events (MLB baseball, etc.). I occasionally flip on the local classic rock station as well when I'm in the car.
Local sports only (ASU football & basketball, Phoenix Suns, and the Arizona Cardinals & D-backs every now & then).
We have some good FM channels here in Seattle. Classic rock and A/C
I still listen to Imus on days when he has a good guest or is talking about something good in the news. His show isn't as good as it once was (when he had Sid Rosenberg and Charles hadn't retired), and the Nappy Headed Hos-gate hadn't caused him to censor himself, but it's still enjoyable. I really thought he was going to get himself thrown off the air again last month, he went on a rant about Hyundai and rice burners then couldn't quit laughing at the fake airline pilot names (Bang Ding Ow, Ho Lee Fuk, Wi Tu Lo). I can't actually get Bubba where I live anymore (I did for awhile out of Dayton and Xenia), but his show has really gone downhill in quality. Outside of that, there isn't much on AM aside from sports.
Imus fucking hates WFAN now, he shits on Francessa and calls him fat every chance he gets.
